Part of Chef Roberto Donna's mission is to support local charities. Galileo Restaurant donates a substantial amount of product, time and money and wish we could do more. In order for us to process your donation request we must receive all information at least sixty (60) days prior to the event. We are happy to provide as much as we can, but please understand we do have a quarterly cap.
Donation requests can be submitted in writing by completing the following form. This includes requests for donations of gift certificates or food.
Request should be accompanied by a brief letter on your organization's official letterhead, including the organization's full name, address, phone and fax numbers. Unfortunately, it's not possible to honor every request that we receive. Please accept our apology in advance if we are not able to fulfill your request.
